- I’ve had bids before and they are all over the place. Why?
Many factors impact the price of bids on a painting project including the quality of the paint, labour and time of year. Better quality paint may cost more upfront but it looks better and lasts longer, providing you savings in the long run. The cost of labour is the largest part of a painting project as physical work simply takes time to execute. We have painted in the Bow Valley since 2003 and have a good understanding of how much work a project will take and can make a thorough estimate based on our experience. We are always happy to review our calculations for your project in full detail and help you make comparisons with other bids if needed.
- Do you use experienced painters?
We only use Knight Painting Corp. employees, not sub-contractors or piece workers. Our reputation is important to us so all of our painters are trained and experienced in order to provide the best results. We have strived to create a great work environment and because that our tenure is good and we have many long-term employees.
- Do you do residential painting in Canmore?
Yes, our team does both residential interior painting and residential exterior painting in Canmore and throughout the Bow Valley. We are happy to come take a look at your home or project and provide an estimate for your needs. We love serving Canmore and working as a Canmore residential painter.
- What kind of paint do you use?
We always quote our projects with top of the line paints. We use a variety of paints depending on the surface we are painting and the needs of the client.
- Do you warranty your paint jobs?
Absolutely. We provide a two-year labour and material warranty on all of our paint jobs and a satisfaction guarantee. This covers any paint failures or deficiencies with the job.
- Are you insured or covered by Workers Compensation Board?
Yes. Knight Painting Corp. is a licensed and fully insured company and all of our workers are covered by Alberta’s Workers Compensation Board.
- What happens if I’m dissatisfied with the end result?
We are here to help! At Knight Painting Corp. we always strive for your satisfaction. Most issues are resolved through good communication and attention to detail. We only proceed with a job once a contract has been explained thoroughly and agreed upon by both parties. If dissatisfaction does occur at the end of the job, we do everything we can to resolve the dispute within the confines of the contract signed by both parties.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheque, e-transfer, master card and visa.
